Sales terms
Generalities
Our sale is subject to the terms and conditions as stated below. When placing an order, our customers are expected to know and accept the terms and conditions of sale set out below, even if they do not correspond to their own terms and conditions of purchase.
Prices
All prices are exclusive of VAT. The prices in this catalogue are valid until 31 December 2019. The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within eight days after ordering. This can be done by telephone, e-mail or by sending a letter to our company.
Payment
Payments are made within 30 days of the invoice date. As long as the customer has not paid, the goods remain the property of the seller. Payments are made to account number BE71 0205 1613 7469, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. All bank charges are payable by the customer.
Complaints
Complaints about the goods or services must be made in writing within eight days of delivery. Only goods with a clear manufacturing defect will be taken back.
Delivery
Any purchase from 1 January 2019 onwards will be subject to a transport charge of € 15.00. For every purchase of at least € 90,00 there are no transport costs.
